Earlene Taylor’s vision is that all young women, if given the right tools can become extremely successful at an early age. She hopes to provide hands on training for young women so that they can see the necessity for them to become business owners and successful entrepreneurs. Her desire is to teach young women/girls the principles so that they can “Be all that they can be.”

Earlene Lezama-Taylor, is from Queens, New York, holds an Associate of Science in Business from Metropolitan College of New York. Her extensive background includes roles in business and mentoring. Earlene is a notary, a member of The Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, a member of the NAACP, Extreme Excellence World Record Holder and a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She co-authored "Her World: Wisdom & Inspiration from Women in Business."
Driven by a belief that all youth can achieve their potential with the right educational tools and training, Earlene founded the “Complete Girlz” Mentoring/Empowerment Program. As the founder and CEO for over seven years, she has led the program, which was established in 2015 and became a 501(c)3 non-profit in 2016. In 2018, Complete Girlz was recognized for its leadership, dedication and outstanding commitment to Empowering others in the community from Malik Melodies Sisterhood, Inc. Complete Girlz was awarded a proclamation from Senator Leroy Comrie in 2018. In 2022, CGI was awarded a Proclamation by Adrienne Adams for its dedication to serving the Queens community.
Earlene received the "Community Service Award" from The Laurelton Club of The National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. in 2019. Earlene has been honored with citations from prominent officials like Senator Leroy Comrie, Assemblywoman Alicia L. Hyndman, and Council Member L. Daneek Miller. She has also received a Congressional Certificate of Merit from Congressman Gregory W. Meeks and a Certificate of Appreciation from Queens Borough President Melinda Katz, along with the "Queens of N'Couragement" award from Sisters N'Courage in Brooklyn.
Looking ahead, Earlene aims to further her studies in Women & Gender Studies and continue making a positive impact through her nonprofit work with Complete Girlz, Inc.
